Individual session: $50
Group session: $40 per athlete (max 5 athletes per session)
Strength & Conditioning
Conditioning/Strength: $40
Film Breakdown
Film session: $25 (Film breakdown only. In-Person/Over Zoom)
Film study packages: $20 (Video playlist created. Able to watch at any time. *One time payment*)
Individual Session: 1 on 1 training. We will work on building your weaknesses while adding to your natural strengths. Consists of ball handing, form shooting, scoring moves, defensive technique and much more.
Group Session: Group of up to 5 athletes. Bring a teammate, or friend and get $10 off your training. We will work on many similar aspects of individual training, with the addition of more live-action drills.
Strength & Conditioning: Agility, injury prevention, acceleration/deceleration, mobility, weight lifting, resistance training and more.
Film Session: Film breakdown in person or over zoom. Studying college, professional and YOUR film to increase basketball IQ and understand the game better.
Film Study Package: I will create a playlist that you can watch at anytime. This will mainly be breakdown of game film or specific mechanics that I teach during our training. This helps players visualize movements outside of training.

*Each package can be paid for up-front or on a monthly basis.
